FOCUS ON SUSTAINABILITY DURING PANDEMIC
► Anadolu Efes extended the payment terms of its dealers and distributors, provided maturity advantages, supported them to manage their business processes in this challenging period with interest-free loans, and contributed to the disinfection of their warehouses and vehicles.
► The company accepted the return of the beer kegs left in the hands of food-beverage and entertainment venues that were temporarily closed as part of COVID-19 measures as well as establishing various platforms for these business partners and their employees, including organizing training programs for personal development through these platforms.
► Supported 7,000 sector workers by launching the “Solidarity Together is Beautiful” campaign in cooperation with the Ahbap Association with the contribution of Anadolu Efes employees.
► Together with its business partners, who did not remain indifferent to the call of the Ahbap Association, Anadolu Efes provided food and huts to stray animals who had difficulty in finding food due to temporary closure of the sector.
► Made easier for farmers that work for the company to continue their work by making advance payments. ► Anadolu Efes was the first company to give corporate support to the “Bizde Yerin Ayri” campaign launched by the Theater Cooperative to contribute to private theaters. A thousand tickets were purchased and given to Turkish Medical Students Association.
► Became the first corporate supporter of the #SahneyeSesVer campaign by purchasing one third of the 5,000 tickets for the concert night for music and stage staff organized by the Ahbap Association. ► By supporting Festtogether, Turkey’s first sustainable music festival, the needs of health sector workers, students who need computers for distance education, performing arts workers, and technical workers in the music sector were met through the Needs Map.
► Stood by Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (IKSV) when it held the 39th Istanbul Film Festival digitally and outdoors despite difficult conditions. ► Art and music platform DasDas’s sold-out plays Westend, Joseph K. and A Very Special Service for Lonely People were transferred to digital media with Anadolu Efes’s support.
