DEFACTO LAUNCHES A NEW STORE IN BERLIN

Retail and ready-to-wear company DeFacto has launched a new store in Berlin, the capital and the largest city of Germany. The company, which has more than 500 stores in Turkey and abroad, opened 22 new stores in 10 countries in 2021 and accelerated its globalization process. The Berlin store is a milestone for the company, according to Ihsan Ates, CEO of DeFacto. “We are able to reach customers in 93 countries with our online operations. This Berlin step sends a message about the role we hope to play in both developing and developed markets in the coming years,” said Ates. DeFacto’s Berlin store is located on the shopping street Tauentzienstraße. The firm displays digital art projects on the digital screens at the store, creating a platform for young designers who want to exhibit their work.
