ERENLI TO SET UP EUR 16.6M PLANT IN SERBIA

Automotive supply company Erenli Holding has begun construction work on a EUR 16.6m (TRY 260m) production plant in Serbia. The facility to be built in Leskovac will manufacture cooling systems for automotive brands such as Daimler, Mercedes, FCA, PSA, Renault, Nissan, Volkswagen, Kia, BMW, and Hyundai. The production plant will employ 338 people in its first stage, according to Goran Cvetanovic, Mayor of Leskovac. The Municipality of Leskovac has allocated 67,649 square meters of land for the company’s new manufacturing plant, free of cost. Erenli Holding exports to countries including Italy, Germany, the U.S., Spain, France, and Finland. KERIM ULKER
