NAVLUNGO ACQUIRES PARK PALET FOR TRY 50M

The digital logistics venture Navlungo has acquired Park Palet, which provides online warehousing and order processing services, for TRY 50m. With the acquisition, the startup has reached a volume of 292 warehouses, 15 of which are located abroad and 2.3 million pallets in e-commerce. “We’ve started to offer integrated services in different fields such as e-warehousing with the acquisition of Park Palet,” said Isa Korkmaz, Founding Partner of Navlungo. Park Palet opened a warehouse in the U.S. on an area of 5,000 square meters during the merger process.
