GOZDE GIRISIM ESTABLISHES A TECH INVESTMENT COMPANY

Yildiz Holding’s venture capital investment trust Gozde Girisim has established a technology investment company called Gozde Tech Ventures Teknoloji AS, according to a statement from the company. Gozde Tech Ventures will mainly concentrate on SaaS (Software as a Service), gaming, financial technologies, blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), mobility, educational technologies, marketing technologies, and e-commerce sectors. “We aim to support new ventures that need capital and are pioneers in their field, both at home and abroad,” said Yahya Ulker, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gozde Tech Ventures. The company, which will reach an investment size of USD 20m in the next two years and plans to invest nearly in 10 ventures at its first stage, aims to reach a share corresponding to 10% of Gozde Girisim’s total asset size.
