SENDEO TO CREATE 1,750 NEW JOBS
Koc Holding’s distribution and delivery subsidiary Sendeo will create 1,750 new jobs and buy 1,500 new vehicles by the end of the year, according to Ozgun Sahin, General Manager of Sendeo. Thus, the company’s total number of employees will reach 2,400 people. Sendeo, which provided services in 16 cities as of September 2021, operates in every province across the country as of February 2022. “We currently have weekly growth of over 20%,” said Sahin. The company’s business volume has nearly increased sixfold during this period. Sendeo operates eight transfer centers, five distribution centers, and more than 1,000 delivery points in the country. “We aim to raise the number of daily deliveries tenfold in 2022 and plan to increase the number of customers from 600 to 6,000 by the end of the year,” said Sahin.
