FEMALE EMPLOYMENT REACHES 62% IN YAPI KREDI

Koc Holding’s banking subsidiary Yapi Kredi has reached a female employment rate of 62% as of the end of 2021, according to Ozden Onaldi, Executive Vice President of Human Resources and CHRO of Yapi Kredi. “We were included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) this year as we were last year thanks to our work in social gender equality supporting women in all fields. We’ll continue our work to be leaders in this field by raising awareness of gender equality to create a more livable world for the future,” said Onaldi. Women made up a 58% share in new recruitments while filling 40% of executive positions in the same period. Yapi Kredi joined the ‘Women Leadership Development Program’ prepared by Columbia University to support the development of female leadership.
