THY AND AIR SERBIA EXPANDS JOINT FLIGHT COLLABORATION

-

The national flag carrier Turkish Airlines (THY) and the Serbian flag carrier Air Serbia increased their collaboration by extending the scope of the code agreement with additional flights. As part of the increased collaboration, Air Serbia, which performs joint flights with THY on the Belgrade-Istanbul route, has added the ‘JU’ marketing code to the flights of the THY subsidiary AnadoluJet between Belgrade and Ankara. “Our passengers have started to benefit from more alternative transportation opportunities after new joint flights entered into services on many routes between Serbia, Turkey, and the Balkans. We’ll offer more flight alternatives to our passengers by increasing the number of mutual flights in the upcoming period,” said Bilal Eksi, CEO of THY. “Our collaboration will further strengthen after the pandemic weakens and air traffic recovers globally,” said Jiri Marek, CEO of Air Serbia.
