ISRA HOLDING TO MAKE A TRY 5.5BN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT

Isra Holding, which operates in the tourism and health sectors and is developing its work in the real estate industry through partnerships, will invest TRY 5.5bn in the real estate sector, according to Abdurrahim Tavli, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Isra Holding. The holding company, which will oversee the V-Brand of developments, will build V Mall Shopping Center with 160 stores in Basaksehir Istanbul, V Orman Resort, and V Kampus in Mudurnu Bolu. Isra Holding will carry out these projects using a partnership structure consisting of 40 investors from 14 countries. “We plan to launch V Mall Istanbul in the first quarter of 2024. The first stage of the V Orman Resort and V Kampus projects will be completed towards the end of this year,” said Tavli.
