SABANCI VENTURES F UNDS BULUTISTAN AND ZACK.AI

Sabanci Holding ’s corporate venture capital fund Sabanci Ventures has completed its funding round for Bulutistan, which offers hybrid cloud solutions to its customers, such as data storage and cloud management, and for Zack.ai, which specializes in artificial intelligence (AI)-oriented smart assistant systems. Thus, Sabanci Ventures is now a shareholder in these companies. “We are opening the Sabanci Holding ecosystem to these and we are allowing these ventures to use Sabanci Holding’s network to go international,” said Gokhan Eyigun, Secretary- General and Group President of Strategy and Business Development at Sabanci Holding. With these investments, the number of ventures in the company’s portfolio rose to four. The venture capital arm of the holding company was founded in 2020.
