RAMS GLOBAL KICKS OFF TRY 3BN PROJECT
RAMS Global was founded in Turkey and operates in Kazakhstan, where it has completed 20,000 homes and carried out construction projects on an area of over 2.5 million square meters in 30 years. The company will start its third project in Turkey, worth TRY 3bn, on a 120,000 square meter area in Bahcelievler, Istanbul, where the brewing firm Anadolu Efes’ Efes Pilsen beer factory was previously located. The project, which will start in May, consists of 729 residential and 40 commercial units. RAMS Global brought an urban transformation project left half-finished for seven years to the completion phase as Quattro Istanbul, comprising 576 houses, after it completed its first project, Gaziantep LIV Hospital, in 2019. “The new project will consist of 11 blocks. We’ll put it on the market two months after we start it. We’ll make sales with the build-sell culture,” said Devran Bulbul, CEO of RAMS Global. LEYLA ILHAN
