DemirDokum eyes to catch 25% growth this year

DemirDokum announced its business results for 2022 and goals for 2023. DemirDokum CEO Alper Avdel, who stated that they didn’t slow in innovation and investment­s despite the negativiti­es experience­d on a global scale, said the company grew by 27% in Euro terms in 2022 which the firm announced as the year of innovation.

Within this frame, ademiX and vintomiX combi boilers, which the firm has started to release as of 2022, have been ‘approved’ by both business partners and customers. “We continued to invest and put our new products on market last year. We achieved to break our record by delivering a great performanc­e from production at our manufactur­ing plants to our sales, marketing, authorized dealer, and after-sales support services units,” said Avdel. “Our new products which we have marketized have come into vogue in the market. We also continued our double-digit growth in the new business lines. We achieved our targets both in terms of unit and turnover.”

DemirDokum, which marketized numerous new products in the heating and cooling fields throughout the year, broke a record in two of its three business lines, according to Alper Avdel. “We broke a new record in combi boiler, air conditione­r, and heat pump sales. Our stable growth continued in cascade, water heater, thermosiph­on, and panel radiator sales,” Avdel noted. The company also caught a record growth of 30% in all regions, 14% in the retail channel, 28% in white goods, and 145% in project channels last year.

As Avdel says, digital management and monitoring applicatio­ns will step in to offer an excellent customer experience in after-sales services along with high-technology products. “We raised our first preference rate by 20% with our individual­ized customer experience applicatio­ns,” the DemirDokum CEO added.

DemirDokum has also started 2023 with more assertive goals. The company will turn a new page with a new success story this year. “We’ll introduce new favorite products to our consumers,” Alper Avdel said. The company has set assertive targets not only in its traditiona­l product range such as combi boilers, air conditione­rs, and panel radiators but also the business lines where it has newly penetrated. “We’ve set a goal to grow by 20% in the new business lines, 15% on a unit basis in the boiler combi business line, and 50% in the heat pump,” Avdel noted. “We aim to increase our value-added and catch a 25% growth on Euro basis with our options in 40 countries in addition to our country.”
