● AnadoluJet’s compensation and service system, as it pertains to issues such as declined passengers, flight cancellations or delays exceeding two hours, are defined within the framework of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation’s Regulation on the Rights of Airline Passengers. You can get detailed information about these issues from our counter agents, from informational leaflets found at our check-in and ticket sales counters, or from our websites: www.anadolujet.com or www.shgm.gov.tr. The aforementioned regulation includes only those passengers who have tickets with confirmed reservations to and from airports in Turkey. Within this scope, passengers with disabilities and unaccompanied children receive priority services.
