Yeni yatırımlar 10 binden fazla istihdam sağlayacak
YDA Group olarak sadece müteahhitlik hizmetleri değil işletmeci olarak da Kazakistan’da yer aldıklarını söyleyen Hüseyin Arslan, şu anda Aktau ve Türkistan Uluslararası Havalimanları’nda ve devam eden şantiyelerinde yüzde 85’ini Kazak çalışanların oluşturduğu 2 bin 500 kişiye istihdam sağladıklarını vurguladı. Hastane inşaatlarının tam performansa çıktığında bu rakamların 7 binlere ulaşacağını planladıklarını Arslan, “Tüm hastanelerimiz işletmeye geçtiğinde de yaklaşık 10 bin kişilik istihdam sağlamayı hedefliyoruz. Yapımına devam ettiğimiz Türkistan Şehir Hastanesi (760 yatak), Nur-Sultan Üniversite Şehir Hastanesi (bin 129 yatak), Petropavlovsk Şehir Hastanesi (624 yatak), Kostanai Şehir Hastanesi (541 yatak) ile birlikte 1 PVC Alüminyum Fabrikası da yatırımlarımız arasında yer alıyor” dedi.

Burak Basmacı
Stating that they carry out their activities in 2 main categories, namely thermal insulation systems and construction paints, Burak Basmacı, Deputy General Manager of Sales and Foreign Investments of Nippon Paint
Betek Boya, said that there are also groups of construction chemicals, furniture paints and industrial paints.
Noting that they attach great importance to R&D studies with the sense of responsibility of being the industry leader in the field of construction paints, Basmacı said, "We have developed Turkey's first and only paint that is compatible with green building certification systems with international accreditation such as LEED v4 and BREEM."
Informing that they operate in different regions of the world, including CIS, Middle East, Africa and Europe, Burak Basmacı said, “Increasing our sales in the international arena is among our priority targets.”
Stating that the Nippon Paint Kazakhstan subsidiary started operating in 2020, Basmacı said: “Kazakhstan has a strategic location for us in the CIS Region. The start of Nippon Paint Kazakhstan's activities in 2020 is an indication of the importance that we give.”
Stating that they are planning to increase their sales with a 360-degree marketing perspective in the country, Burak Basmacı said that the historical and cultural ties between the two countries always keep the interest of Turkish companies in Kazakhstan alive.
Canan Toraman
Stating that they were among the first foreign banks established in Kazakhstan, KZI Bank General Manager Canan Toraman stated that despite the pandemic, they have increased the number of branches to 8 and plan to increase them to 10 in the coming period.
Describing the general strategy of Ziraat Finance Group as ‘Ensuring the continuation of sustainable profitability with a healthy and efficient balance sheet structure’, Toraman said, “Within the framework of this strategy, it is based on increasing the market share obtained from the foreign trade volume by intermediating the foreign trade between Kazakhstan, Turkey and other Ziraat Finance Group countries and providing the necessary financing to our customers.”
Stating that KZI Bank which received the international rating note for the first time, started working with DAMU Kazakhstan Entrepreneurship Development Fund which is one of the most important funds of Kazakhstan, Toraman said, “Funding is provided by our bank within the framework of ‘Regions-3 DAMU’ program which aims to encourage the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the priority sectors of the economy for the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
Canan Toraman explained that they focused on cash/ non-cash financing and other banking transactions of local companies that have mutual trade and investment activities with Turkey.
Toraman also underlined that they have plans to expand the customer profile from every sector such as education, health and especially production, considering the needs of the country.
Abdullah Altunkum
Stating that they provide project planning, route studies, lifting engineering, project management and installation services to their customers, Hareket General Manager Abdullah Altunkum stated that they do all of these with innovative engineering solutions.
Stating that besides Turkey they operate in more than 20 countries such as Turkmenistan, UAE, Oman, Ukraine, Algeria, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Romania and Azerbaijan, Altunkum said, “We are involved in many important projects in the fields of nuclear energy, petrochemical, oil-gas and renewable energy in these countries.”
Informing that they have taken over the operating rights of Bautino TS Marine Base Port in Kazakhstan, Abdullah Altunkum said, “Since the ports in the Caspian Sea are insufficient for the discharge and handling of project cargoes, we have established a heavy lift pier with international standards at the Bautino Heavy Cargo Terminal.”
Abdullah Altunkum said, “All equipment that belongs to the 240 MW natural gas combined cycle power plant, the heaviest of which is 172 tons, was loaded onto the canal ship from Samsun Port. They were evacuated from here to Bautino Port which is under our management, through the Black Sea and the Don-Volga Canal.”
Altunkum said, "Then, it was transported to the
Tashkent Kirbay region, which is 4 thousand kilometers away, in a record time of three months, with 144 axle hydraulic vehicles suitable for road conditions."
Altunkum stated that the 270 MW Natural Gas
Combined Cycle Power Plant project in İzmir Aliağa continues to be transported and said that they aim for the project to be completed within three months.

Boydaş, “Ar-Ge çalışmaları ile yüksek teknolojiyi kullanarak, inovasyon niteliği yüksek yalıtım değerlerine sahip, çevreci ve ekonomik ürünlerini pazara sunan Panelsan; yenilikçi projeleriyle birlikte 2021 yılında Bilim, Teknoloji ve Sanayi Bakanlığı’na başvurusunu tamamlayarak AR-GE Merkezini kurmayı planlıyor” diye konuştu.
ULUSAL ve uluslararası akaryakıt şirketlerine 2012 yılından itibaren otomasyon hizmetleri sunmaya başladıklarını belirten Petronet Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Haluk Gemici, tamamı yerli ve milli projelerle Türkiye’ye 100 milyonlarca liralık tasarruf sağlandığını bildirdi.
Çalışmaları sayesinde karbon ayak izi ödülü de almaya hak kazandıklarını dile getiren Gemici, 2015 yılından itibaren yazılım yanı sıra sektörel donanım da üretmeye başladıkları bilgisini verdi. İzmir fabrikasında yakıt dispenseri, yakıt seviye ölçüm probu, taşıt otomasyonu, kalibrasyon cihazı ve taşıt tanıma uydu takip naviasyonu, elektronik haberleşme sistemleri ürettiklerini belirten Haluk Gemici, 2017 yılında yenilenebilir enerji, 2018’de ise savunma sanayinde projeler ortaya koy
duklarını bildirdi.
“PAZAR GÜVEN VERIYOR”
Kazakistan faaliyetleri hakkında açıklama yapan Gemici, sürekli güven veren büyüme çizgisine sahip ülkede yatırıma karar verdiklerini belirtti.
Bu noktada Kazakistan Yatırım Ajansı ve Kazakistan’ın Türkiye’de bulunan devlet temsilcilerinin destekleriyle kuruluş sürecini
tamamlama aşamasına geldiklerini ifade eden Gemici, kuracakları fabrikada; yakıt dispenseri, yakıt seviye ölçüm probu, otomasyon sistemi ve üç boyutlu lazerli tank kalibrasyon sistemi üretimi yapacaklarını anlattı. Araç ve yakıt sistemleriyle Kazakistan demiryollarının çözüm ortaklarından birisi olmayı planladıklarını söyleyen Gemici, “Kazakistan, bizleri pazara dair umutlandırıyor ve güven veriyor” ifadelerini kullandı.
Kasım Sayirkas
Indicating that the products they import from Turkey and sell, have an impact on his business life, Dauscher Chairman of the Board Kasım Sayirkas gave the information that he lived in Turkey with his family until the age of 6.
Sayirkas noted that he still operates a production in an area of 140 thousand square meters, of which 20 thousand square meters is closed and in Turkey he received the support of Femaş Metal Deputy Chairman of the Board and Ambassador Abzal Saparbekuly for this investment.
Stating that he will produce built-in cookers, ovens and hoods in the facility where he produces full-size ovens, Kasım Sayirkas said, “We are available in Kazakhstan's big chain electronic markets and in all online channels with these products we produce; refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, washing machines, small household appliances and other technological products.”
Underlining that he sees Turkey as a stakeholder rather than a supplier, Sayirkas said, “We have a deep cultural background in common. Currently, our biggest supplier is Turkey. We never forget the contribution of our Turkish industrialists in bringing our brand to this stage.”
Talking about the investment plans for the coming period Kasım Sayirkas said, "I think that when we reach sufficient development in our production facility in Kazakhstan, there will be no obstacle for our production in Turkey."
Sayirkas underlined that on the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence, it is the most stable country in Central Asia with its economy, political developments and culture.
Sinan Aslanbaba
Royal Hijyen, which has been producing hygiene products for about 25 years, is preparing to end the foreign dependency of the country by adding new production lines to its investment in Kazakhstan. Once the investment is completed, Royal will become the region's highest hygiene material producer and start exporting from Kazakhstan to the region.
Stating that they export almost all of their production in Turkey to more than 50 countries, Royal Hygiene General Manager Sinan Aslanbaba said that they mainly produce baby diapers, adult diapers, wet wipes, mattress protectors and sanitary pads.
Stating that Kazakhstan has imported many hygiene products from the surrounding countries until now, Aslanbaba said, “We decided to invest 5 million dollars in the first stage to deliver higher quality products at affordable prices to the Kazakh people. For this purpose, we launched Kazakhstan's first baby and adult diaper production facility. We aim to become one of the largest hygiene factories in the region by commissioning our toilet paper, sanitary pad and detergent lines in the future.”
Noting that important industrial breakthroughs have been made in Kazakhstan, Royal Hygiene General Manager Sinan Aslanbaba said, "We have set the market leadership as the target and we are making plans for this."
Saying that products with better quality should come in order to increase the number of Turkish products in the country, Sinan Aslanbaba said that Kazakhstan, which celebrates the 30th anniversary of its independence, will continue to gain success under the leadership of the founding President Nursultan Nazarbayev and President Kasim Comert Tokayev.
