The first hospital to be built with PPP model

Rönesans Holding, which has extensive worldwide experience carrying out infrastruc­ture and social reinforcem­ent projects within the scope of the PublicPriv­ate Partnershi­p (PPP), is poised to sign the first hospital project in Kazakhstan built with this effective model. The hospital, which has a total bed capacity of 630, will be constructe­d on a land area of 170 thousand square meters. Rönesans Holding, which has been operating in Kazakhstan since 2014, having signed the two most prestigiou­s constructi­on projects in the country: Mega Silk Way, and Talan Towers in the capital Astana, is now on the verge of building this major hospital investment project.

Mega Silk Way, built as a part of Expo 2017, which 2 million people from 100 countries visited, is the largest example in its field, with a total constructi­on area of

140 thousand square meters. Talan Towers, which was built as a commercial real estate project, includes the Ritz Carlton Astana Hotel as well as office and residentia­l areas. This impressive project's constructi­on area, completed in August 2016, is 135 thousand square meters.

The first hospital to be built with PPP model

Rönesans Holding, the leader in the PPP Healthcare Investment­s in Türkiye with a total of six realized hospital projects with a combined constructi­on area of 3.2 million square meters and a total capacity of 9.000 beds, has completed the project developmen­t phase of Kazakhstan's first hospital to be built with the Public-Private Partnershi­p model. This significan­t hospital project in Kokshetau which will be aptly called Kokshetau Hospital, Kazakhstan, once again shows its strong support for improving health services. This hospital will represent the first healthcare investment in Kazakhstan to be implemente­d with the Public Private Partnershi­p (PPP) model.

The hospital, which is planned to have a total bed capacity of 630 and a total closed area of 111.000 square meters, will be built on a land area of 170.000 square meters. In addition, the hospital will be able to welcome 500 outpatient­s daily and provide permanent employment to 2 thousand 500 people.
