Hareket established Kazakhstan's first heavy-goods terminal
Hareket Project, which operates in the field of freight engineering and project transportation, carries out featured transportations with energy facilities, to many countries, including Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The company, which opened an office in Kazakhstan in 2019, has been serving with a heavy-goods terminal on an area of 75 thousand square meters as of 2020.
Indicating that Hareket offers unlimited freedom of movement in the global arena with freight engineering solutions, General Manager of Hareket, Abdullah Altunkum said that they provide logistics services in accordance with international standards, especially freight engineering and project transportation.
Altunkum noted that among its services; heavy load liftingtransport engineering, load out services, equipment rental, turnkey solutions in renewable energy, lifting engineering and transportation survey consultancy take place.
Mentioning that they mainly work in sectors such as energy, petrochemicals, oil, gas, nuclear energy, constructioninfrastructure and shipyards, Abdullah Altunkum said, “In addition to Türkiye, we have realized many important projects in nuclear energy, petrochemical, oil-gas and renewable energy sectors, facility transportation, offshore works and construction-infrastructure fields in CIS, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Africa.”
Stating that in Türkiye, they have regional directorates in İstanbul, İzmir, Ankara and Mersin Altunkum said that apart from country directorates in UAE, Oman, Qatar, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Tanzania and Uganda, they carry out projects through their agencies in Azerbaijan, Algeria, Spain and South Korea.
“We offer package service in logistics”
Stating that they have been investing in a heavy-goods terminal in Bautino, connected to the Mangystau region of Kazakhstan, since 2020, Abdullah Altunkum said, “Our investment is the first heavy-goods terminal in the region. In an area of 75 thousand square meters, we can provide handling services, especially for oversize and overweight cargoes, with our own cranes.”
