Turkish Central Bank reserves total almost $85 billion in September

Fore gn currency reserves - n convert ble currenc es - totaled $65.5 b ll on, mark ng a 4.9 percent drop compared to the prev ous month. Last month, the bank’s gold reserves - nclud ng gold depos ts and, f appropr ate, gold swaps - decl ned by 4.2 percent on a monthly bas s to $17.7 b ll on. The bank’s off c al reserves decreased by 24.3 percent year-on-year, down from $111.9 b ll on at the end of September 2017.
