Tur­key an­nounces fi­nanc­ing pack­age for ex­porters

Turk­ish Trade Min­is­ter Ruh­sar Pek­can an­nounced a TRY 256 mil­lion ($45 mil­lion) fi­nanc­ing pack­age for Turk­ish ex­porters on Septem­ber 4. Turk­ish Ex­porters’ Assem­bly and Turk Ex­im­bank signed a pro­to­col for the pack­age, Pek­can tweeted. The low in­ter­est fi­nanc­ing pack­age will be used by ex­porters, she stressed. Since Turk Ex­im­bank was founded in 1987, it has con­ducted ex­port credit, buyer credit, credit in­sur­ance, and guar­an­tee pro­grams aimed at de­vel­op­ing Tur­key’s eco­nomic and po­lit­i­cal ties with other coun­tries.
