CAPACITY UTILIZATION RATE INCREASES ONE POINT

The capacity utilization rate in the manufacturing industry increased by one point to 62.6 percent in May, compared to the previous month, according to Central Bank data. The Bank evaluated the Business Tendency Survey results carried out in 1,727 businesses. The data also showed that the seasonally-adjusted capacity utilization rate rose by 0.8 points to 62.7 percent during the same period.
