Including IsBank in the Wealth Fund?

Some argue that after the CHP shares are transferred to the Treasury, IsBank will be included in the Turkish Wealth Fund. The legal aspect of such a move is another story, but let’s say IsBank is included in the Wealth Fund. Then what?

So with IsBank in its pocket, will the Wealth Fund be able to borrow more or borrow under better conditions? What will it do with that money?

Wealth funds are created with supplemental resources. But in this case, we are trying to create a fund by transferring money from one source to another.
