Petrol Ofisi won Best of Sales Award in the customer experience category
33 brands were awarded in 13 categories at the Best of Sales Awards, organized by the Sales Network for the third time this year. Petrol Ofisi was deemed worthy of an award for its success in the ' Customer Experience' category in the competition it participated with the Siftah Liderden ( First Sale of the Day) campaign organized under pandemic conditions.
Sezgin Gürsu, Lubricants Director of Petrol Ofisi, represented the company in the Sales Network. “Petrol Ofisi has achieved exemplary success as a result of the important steps it has taken in many areas in the last 3- 4 years. As the most important one of these steps, we have further sharpened our customer focus and implemented many innovative projects. Our performance and achievements in this field were deemed worthy of many awards. Petrol Ofisi was selected as the ' Best Brand in the Fuel Industry' in the ' 20 – CX Index Turkey', the first evaluation made in the field of purely Customer Experience in Turkey. Our achievements in this field were awarded in many prestigious evaluations, including real consumers, and lastly at the Best of Sales Awards,” said Sezgin Gürsu.
Stating that they planned and promptly implemented the Siftah Liderden campaign in the first days of the pandemic, Sezgin Gürsu said: “In our campaign, which is one of the clear indicators of how much we care about our customers, even in the first shock of the pandemic, we aimed to contribute to our customers in the field of lubricants, who are automotive mechanics. In June, when the national economy started to revive after the first full shutdown period, we distributed our Maxima and Maximus motor oils free of charge to 17 thousand mechanics across Turkey. This campaign received invaluable appreciation from the sector and from our mechanics. As a matter of fact, this project, which we implemented at the right time, for the right purpose and in the right way, won awards at many competitions, including Felis. The last award our campaign received is the Best of Sales Awards.”
