Miltiadis Pappas scans through the Greek sources and finds never-heardof works by a lot of unknown yet Ottoman composers especially by Dede Efendi, who is an important figure for the Ottoman music. So, Pappas comes up with one of the most particularly important works in recent years. We talked about his work and now-unveiled works by Dede Efendi.
