ÇOCUKLARIN MÜZİKALİ İLE DÜNYAYA GÜÇLÜ MESAJ
A STRONG MESSAGE TO THE WORLD BY MEANS OF THE CHILD MUSICAL
Birleşmiş Milletler Çocuk Hakları Bildirgesi’nin 30. yılı sebebiyle, Gaziantep’te yaşları 12-17 arasında toplam 17 Türk ve Suriyeli çocuklar ile gerçekleşen “Adam Olacak Çocuk Dünden Belli Olur Müzikali”, Gaziantep Üniversitesi Atatürk Kültür Sahnesi’nde izleyicilerle buluştu.

Birliği Delegasyonu, Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Gaziantep Üniversitesi ve Move Derneği’nin katkılarıyla gerçekleşen müzikale Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Fatma Şahin, Unicef Türkiye Temsilcisi Philippe Duamelle,
Avrupa Birliği Delegasyon Başkanı Büyükelçi Christian Berger, Avrupa Parlamentosu Türkiye Roportoru Nacho Sanchez Amor, Gaziantep Üniversitesi Rektör Vekili Prof. Dr. Bedir Metin'in ve davetliler katıldı.
Senarist, yönetmen Merve Gezen ve Elif Aydemir’in kaleme aldığı, direktörlüğünü ve yönetmenliğini Merve Gezen’in üstlendiği gençlik müzikali arkadaşlık, tolerans, büyüklere saygı, engelli olma, mültecilerin entegrasyonu, eğitim ve kariyer belirleme gibi konulara parmak basıyor.
Uluslararası ödüllü yönetmen
Merve Gezen tarafından sahnelenen müzikal için Ankara’dan gelen profesyonel bir ekip ile çocuklar 2,5 aylık prova süreci geçirdiler. Projede yer alan Suriyeli çocuklar hem
Türk çocuklarıyla kaynaşıp hem de Türkçe bir müzikalde oynayarak Türk kültürüne entegre oldular.
Owing to the 30th anniversary of the Declaration of the Rights of the Child of the United Nations, a musical was organised in Gaziantep by Gaziantep University the Atatürk Cultural Centre with 17 Turkish and Syrian children.
The musical was named as “Whizz-kids are easily seen”. The contributors were the UNICEF, Spaces of Culture, Goethe Institute, L’Institut Français, The Swedish Consulate, The
Embassy of the Netherlands, The Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts, Anadolu Culture, the Delegation of the European Union, Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, University of Gaziantep and Move Foundation.
The Mayor of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Fatma Şahin, UNICEF Turkey Representative Philippe Duamelle, the President of the Delegation of the European Union Christian Berger, the Turkey Rapporteur of the European Union Nacho Sanchez Amor, the vice rector of University of Gaziantep Prof. Dr. Bedir Metin and guests were attended. The Child Musical’s scenario was written by scenario writer and director Merve Gezen and Elif Aydemir. The director of the musical Merve Gezen drew attention to friendship, tolerance, respect to the elders, disability, the integration of the immigrants, education and career specification.
The rehearsal process lasted 2.5 months and a professional team from Ankara came to help the children under the tutelage of the internationally awarded director Merve Gezen.
The Syrian children who took place in the project knitted up with the
Turkish children. They also boosted their integration to the Turkish culture by attending to a Turkish musical.
