This period is 14 days if you have provided the feedback on behalf of another passenger you are authorized to represent, due to the transactio­n processes. We aim to respond 14 days if you have provided the feedback for your travel with the partner airline,due to the investigat­ion processes. To that end, first of all, we create a record number for each feedback we receive, and share that number with you through your e-mail address. Then, we review your feedbacks and collect informatio­n from all the relevant department­s and the relevant service provider firms. When our investigat­ion is concluded, we reach you over your e-mail or phone number and give you informatio­n.
