Breton, based in Italy, which produces advanced machines for the processing of natural stone, ceramics and metals and established quartz production facilities, became a partner of Ion Makina, which was established within Ionic Stone, which has a Denizli-based marble processing facility.
According to the statement made by Breton, a new company was established within the scope of the partnership between Turkish company Ion Makina, which makes a difference with its innovative structure in the production of marble and granite consolidation (epoxy) furnace systems, and Breton. While the name of the new company will be determined as IonBreton, all machinery and equipment to be produced by the company will be exported to every region of the world through Breton’s sales network.

Breton Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dario Toncelli stated that the synergy created by the combination of the knowledge, expertise and experience of the two companies is far beyond the industry and that thanks to this synergy, both cost-effective and fully automated systems can be produced.

Also, we can reduce our costs thanks to the professional workforce in Turkey. Celil Kılınç, stating that they attach importance to R&D studies as a company, summarizes the process as follows: “Our Machinery stand and breton stand were side by side at the 2021 Verona Marmomac Fair. Breton company officials and technical managers watched us carefully. Then there were the requests for an interview. They came to Denizli and examined the machines we built in our factory and our R&D studies on site. After a few mutual meetings, our new company was officially established a few days before the 2022 Verona fair. As known; Breton is not just a company that produces marble machines. For example; It is also an organization that supplies machinery to companies such as Boeing and Airbus. In our new company, which was established under the name of ION BRETON, the products produced in Denizli will be exported to every region of the world through the sales network of Breton”.
IonBreton, which will manage its operations in a production facility of 4 thousand square meters, 2 thousand 500 square meters of which is closed, will continue its R&D processes related to natural stone processing, as well as decker kiln systems and automatic loading / unloading robots. The designs for the production of the company, which was established after the partnership, will be made in Turkey. The innovative solutions to be presented will be presented to the world under the brand name of IonBreton.
