“BM S.R.L.” has been founded in the 1967 from Mr. Giovanni and Rino Bastianello.

The head office and the factory are located in the industrial area of Montorso Vicentino, in the North East of Italy. The special affective link to their own birthplace has inspired the name of the company and also the famous mark of the erected bear.
