The Prime 2200 Slab polishing machine is designed to achieve higher performance by the Zimek machinery R & D team according to feedback received from the users and to reduce maintenance and operating costs when doing so. One of the biggest advantage of the machine is its own automation team that does not have external automation and software support. This means that the software of the machine is self-contained and can solve problems that may occur after long periods of time.
Makinemizin en büyük özelliği çok hızlı çalışmasıdır. Köprü çalışmasında kullandığımız özel hareket sistemleri sayesinde 70m/dk hıza çıkabilmektedir. Arge ekibimizin tasarlamış olduğu çok hassas çalışabilen hava sistemi sayesinde abrasiv tepsilerinin uçuşları çok hassas ve dinamik bir şekilde ayarlanabilmektedir. Polisaj kovanları özel döküm malzemeden üretilmiştir ve köprünün ağırlık merkesinin ortasında konumlandırılmıştır. Bu sayede çalışma esnasında mükemmel bir denge ve vibrasyonun azaltılması hedeflenmiştir. Bu sistemler sayesinde plaka köşelerinde bile cilalanmayan bir yer ve iz olmaz ve kırılgan yapıya sahip plakalar bile hassas bir şekilde cilalanır.
Plaka tarama sisteminde eski bir sistem olan ve devamlı arıza yapan siviç sistemi yerine özel sensörlerler kullanılır. Makinede kullanılan özel konveyör bant sayesinde sehimli taşlar bile cilalanabilmektedir.
Makinemizde bulunan otomatik yağlama sistemi PLC tarafından kontrol edilir. Kullanmış olduğumuz yağlama sistemleri sayesinde tüm kafalar eşit şekilde yağlanır.
The most important feature of our machine is that it works very fast. Thanks to the special motion systems we use in bridge operation, it can reach 70 m / min movement speed. Thanks to the highly sensitive air system designed by our R & D team, the flights of the abrasive plates can be adjusted very precisely and dynamically. Polishing spindles are made of special casting material and are positioned in the center of the bridge. In this way, a perfect balance and vibration reduction during the working is aimed. Thanks to these systems, the machine can polish the corners and edges of the slab perfectly even the slabs with very fragile structure are finely polished.
In the slab scanning system, special sensors are used instead of the switch system, which is an old system. Thanks to the special conveyor belt used in the machine, even curvy stones can be polished.
Automatic lubrication system in our machine is controlled by PLC. Thanks to the lubrication systems we use, all heads are evenly lubricated.
