PLC controlled MTL64 Multi Saw ST Machine from Mutlu Machinery

PLC controlled MTL64 Multi Saw ST Machine of the Company, has the ability to cut free length plates with 4800 mm width / 2 and 3 cm thickness, thanks to its 200 kW engine power and 64 1300-saws. This is the first machine of its kind, which is manufactured in Turkey.

The block cut by the MTL64 Multisaw Granite ST Machine, is brought to the TY1000 Automatic Vacuum Bottom Cutting Machine with the help of a wagon, and the horizontal bottom cut is done. The cut stone starts to be sized after being loaded into the BK3000-TBC Single-Band Conveyor. This line operated with a ring system is all automated.

MTL27 Multisaw Granite ST Machine provides an average daily production capacity of 120 square meters, while MTL64 Multisaw Granite ST Machine can produce up to 300 square meters, 2,5 times more than made by MTL27.
