ION-System ovens provide full insulation, which is one of its great advantages, compared to its rival systems. Usually, the lower parts of the oven chambers and the joint rails of the panels are never insulated due to the complexity of the assembly. This results in a great deal of energy loss, whereas these areas are fully insulated in ION-System ovens.
