RESIN LINES WITH SINGLE OVEN TOWER

ION resin lines with single oven towers are made up of a cyclic oven unit; each slab moves cyclically without the help of any exterior lift, so the energy loss is minimised and due to decreased vibration it could process the most delicate stones. This system has the capacity of 15 slabs/hour one side, or 10 slabs/hour two sides. The system involves an AhtapotH automated loading robot that can load directly from the gangsaw trolleys. Also, the automatic unloading robot Vatoz enables operations without any operators.
