Ticaret heyetinin bir sonraki rotası: DUBAİ The next course of the trade delegation: DUBAI

İstanbul Maden İhracatçıları Birliği (İMİB) tarafından Türkiye’nin 2023 ihracat stratejisi hedefleri doğrultusunda ihracatın artırılması ve mevcut pazar paylarının korunması amacıyla 2011/1 sayılı “Pazar Araştırması ve Pazara Giriş Desteği Hakkında Tebliğ” kapsamında, 15-18 Nisan 2019 tarihleri arasında doğal taş sektörüne yönelik faaliyet gösteren firmaların katılımı ile Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri’nin Dubai şehrinde bir ticaret heyeti düzenlenmesi planlanıyor.

Söz konusu ticaret heyeti için, T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı’nın onayı ile İMİB tarafından katılımcı firmalara destek tutarı oranında prefinansman sağlanacak ve anılan tebliğ kapsamında belirtilen %60 devlet desteğine ilave olarak, firmaların 2018 yılı maden ihracatının İMİB üzerinden geçen payları dikkate alınarak %10 ile %30 arasında Birlik tarafından ilave destek sağlanacak.

Daha önce İMİB üzerinden hiç ihracat yapmamış ya da ihracatının bir kısmınını İMİB üzerinden yapmış olup heyete katılmak isteyen firmalar, imza tarihinden itibaren ihracatının %100’ünü İMİB üzerinden gerçekleştirmeyi taahhüt ettiği takdirde Birliğin sağlayacağı ilave %30’luk destekten yararlanabilecek.

Heyete katılmak isteyen firmanın İMİB’e üyeliği bulunmayıp, başka bir ihracatçı birliğine üye olması halinde, üye olduğu Birliğe başvurarak ilgili Birliğin de ilave destekleri onaylaması koşuluyla firma ilave desteklerden yararlanabilecek. Heyet bitiminde gerçekleşen maliyetin, tahmini bütçede belirlenen ve firmalardan tahsil edilecek katılım bedelinden az olması durumunda, aradaki fark firmalara ödedikleri katılım bedeli ve para birimi dikkate alınarak iade edilecek. Istanbul Mineral Exporters Association (İMİB) is planning to organize a trade delegation to Dubai city of U.A.E. in order to increase trade and protect the existing market shares in line with the 2023 export strategy of Turkey, within the scope of 2011/1 numbered Statement on “Market Research and Market Access Support” between April 15-18, 2019.

İMİB will provide the participant companies prepaymeny at the rate of the total support received. In addition to the % 60 government support indicated within the framework of the said statement, İMİB will also provide financial support between the rates of % 10 and % 30 depending on the export shares of the companies in 2018.

If the companies that hadn’t done natural stone exports via İMİB previously or made only a part of it, want to participate in the trade delegation, they will be able to benefit the 30 % support to be provided by İMİB, on condition that they accept to realize 100 % of their natural stone via İMİB, as of the date of signature. It the companies that want to participate in the trade delegation are not the members of İMİB but another Exporters’ Association, they will be able to benefit the additional support of İMİB if they receive the approval of the affiliated Association.

If the cost incurred at the end of the delegation is less than the cost of participation in the estimated budget and the amount collected from the companies, the difference will be returned to the companies by taking into account the participation fees and the currency they paid.
