Kaya said: “The aim is to prevent companies to sell Turkish Marble at very low prices under itsreal value. However, this application may cause serious problems in the sector. There are incredible complaints on the prices of Muğla and Marmara Marble. In particular, the stone of these two regions are being exported at very low prices. Mistake of one, makes all of us pay the cost. We must support each other. Withing the framework of the new study initiated by the ministry, we are being asked to set a minimum price for our natural stone, as well as it is in textile, furniture, wood and hazelnut sectors. That is to say, the export of stones below a certain price will be prevented. The application will be implemented within 6 months. “
