The Vietnemese favourite revamps its supper club experience and now will be offering it from Tuesday to Friday

Everybody knows and loves this Vietnamese restaurant at the famous Shangri-La Abu Dhabi, which is why the hotel has extended the days when you can tuck into the best Asian dishes around and has added some wonderful new dishes for the taking!

The Super Sapa dinner at Hoi An is simply the perfect place to discover authentic Vietnamese flavours. And now the restaurant is dishing up a brand new all-you-can-eat menu, designed by Hoi An’s Chef De Cuisine, Ta Van Ninh. The dishes are full of flavour and are inspired by the wholesome, homely meals cooked in the kitchens of the Sa Pa region in northwest Vietnam.

Tuck into these fabulous dishes and you’ll be heading to the picturesqu­e mountainou­s landscape of the trekking towns of this region, through authentic flavours served at the Sapa Market. Savour appetisers like Fried Chicken Spring Rolls with Hoi Sin Sauce, Duck Salad with Fresh Herbs, Prawn and Fish Cakes and Vegetable Soft Rice Paper Rolls.

Appetisers will be served throughout the week, but the new Super Sapa menu includes a rotation of daily special dishes such as Oven Baked Salmon with Black Bean Sauce on Tuesdays, Wok Tossed Jumbo River Prawns on Wednesdays, Twice Cooked Duck Breast with Pepper Curry Sauce on Thursdays, Deep Fried Fish with Spicy Green Mango Salad on Fridays as well as exciting desserts.
