Riding the crest of the wave

-

Parents listen up, Christian Jesty, the sports and leisure manager of the magnificent Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort, has some wonderful news to share.

We all know how popular the Resort’s Kids Club is with Abu Dhabi parents, not to mention the little ones themselves. Open to hotel residents, and members of Bodyism Saadiyat gym and the Beach and Pool Club, the Kid’s Club is the perfect place for kids, big and small, to spend their time having fun when you while away a few hours on the beach.

There is a whole array of activities to keep the little ones (aged four to 12) and teens (aged 13 to 17) busy having a whole heap of fun and games while being supervised by friendly, welltrained and accredited staff.

Imagine the little one’s squeals as they dodge the shooting fountains or a squirt from a flower in the outdoor extension’s Splash Zone. Teens can try to pot their luck on the billiard tables or play a match of badminton and other team activities.

And there is even more excitement.

The Kids Activity Club is setting sail with some thrilling water sports activities. Kids big and small will be heading to the beach to build sandcastles, scavenge for sea shells, pebbles and all manner of surprises washed up by the ocean. Get to snorkel in the big blue, head into the waves on a mini kayak, even for the very young but there is no need to be concerned as a lifeguard will accompany the very young. Imagine also bodyboarding through a crest of a wave!

Parents, you know there will be those all-important instagrammable shots for memories of a lifetime.
