The new Roman Holiday home collection by La DoubleJ is an ode to the iconic Italian city and the classic Fellini film of the same name. Patterned fabrics create a vibrant backdrop for retro-fabulous porcelain pieces bearing saffron yellow and emerald green Lilium prints inspired by a romantic stroll in the gardens of Villa Borghese, while the geometric Duomo motif is a reference to the architecture of the city. Our favourite thing, though, is a beautiful line of Murano vessels created in collaboration with the historic glass specialist Salviati. Dubbed Orto (or vegetable garden), it comprises jewel-toned vases, jugs and bowls with silhouettes that give a whimsical nod to edible produce. Ladoublej.com
