Round up of MRO agreements and signings, both in the region and beyond
Joramco has signed a mainte- nance agreement with Saudi Arabia-based low-cost carrier flyadeal. As per the agreement, the MRO specialist recently completed maintenance work on one of flyadeal's A320 aircraft, which was undertaken last month for a 20-day duration. Joramco is certified by the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
Aircraft trading, leasing and MRO specialist Vallair, has acquired an A321 aircraft that will be available for lease. Purchased from Plane Business, the new aircraft follows Vallair’s recent purchase of six A320 aircraft, which were tasked to serve short-term lease agreements. It is reported that the aircraft will serve as foundation behind the company’s launch of the Airbus A321-200 P2F cargo conversion programme.
