After fierce competiation and months of anticipation, the winners of the 2018 Aviation Business Awards are finally in the spotlight
FOLLOWING an evening of jubilant festivity at the Rixos Premium Dubai, the winners of the 2018 Aviation Business Awards has finally been revealed. Over two hundred representatives from the Middle East’s aviation and aerospace market were on hand, to celebrate the achievements of the evening’s award winners.
Notable standouts amongst the award winners include Ahmed Al Jallaf, Assistant Director-General for Air Navigation Services, UAE’s General Civil Aviation Authority, who secured Aviation Executive
of the Year, as well as Dubai International Airport, who received recognition as Airport of the Year.
ExecuJet Middle East also stood out on the eve, securing the accolades for both Business Aircraft Operator of the Year and Fixed Base Operator (FBO)
of the Year. Meanwhile, in the airline categories, Lufthansa Group and Oman Air, won the Airline of the Year for both the International and Middle East categories, respectively. Low-Cost
Airline of the Year went to flydubai. AVB and ITP Media Group would like to share its appreciation to our sponsors for their support throughout the entirety of this year’s awards process.
