Cisco and Abu Dhabi Airports move towards digialisation
The enterprise technology vendor will utilise its solutions to target the airport’s capabilities around customer experience, operational efficiency and digital capacity
Cisco and Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) have joined forces in an effort to bring out digital transformation at UAE’s capital airport. Cisco will work closely with ADAC to improve various aspects of the airport’s processes that include the customer experience with services, digital capacity and operational efficiency.

As per the agreement, Cisco will deploy solutions from its IoT portfolio, which will assist in securely connecting devices, analysing critical data, while delivering business value to both customers and key partners.

The deal with Cisco marks the latest endeavour by Abu Dhabi Airports to expand the capacity and capabilities of Abu Dhabi International Airport.
