Reach Airports appoints Ginger Evans as CEO
Evans will be responsible for the overall management of the company and its goals targeting the North American market

Ginger Evans has been named chief executive officer of US-based Reach Airports, an airport management JV owned by Munich Airport International and The Carlyle Group’s CAG Holdings.
Bringing over 30 years of experience working within the aviation and transportation industry, Evans is tasked in not only overseeing the overall management of the company but will also focus her efforts on building the firm’s North American portfolio. The latter will also include establishing a strategic partnership with airport service organisations active in that market.

“Together, we will drive our presence in the North American market and offer airports improvements in operations, management and customer service.”
Over the course of her career, Evans has held a number of key leadership positions in both government and aviation entities. This includes serving as a chief aviation engineer at CH2M HILL, as well as a principal for Transportation at Carter & Burgess
Evans’ most recent role was serving as the commissioner for the Chicago Department of Aviation, a job in which she negotiated agreements for $10.4bn of capital improvements at O’Hare International Airport.
Reach Airports’ new CEO also sits a number of boards, such as the technical committee of Ainda Energia & Infrastructure and the Executive Committee of the Transportation Research Board.
Evans previously served as the commissioner for the Chicago Department of Aviation.
