EMI­RATES HAS TWEAKED its wifi pric­ing and ac­cess. Pre­mium Sky­wards pas­sen­gers won’t see much dif­fer­ence as Plat­inum and Gold mem­bers will con­tinue to re­ceive free un­lim­ited wifi, re­gard­less of their class of travel, as will Sky­wards mem­bers trav­el­ling in first and busi­ness class.

Econ­omy class cus­tomers and non-Sky­wards mem­bers re­ceive 20MB of free data us­age within the first 2 hours of log in, dou­ble the cur­rent 10MB free be­ing of­fered, but there­after it is now charged.

Emi­rates Blues pay $6.99 for +150MB and $10.99 for +500MB while Sky­wards Sil­vers trav­el­ling in econ­omy re­ceive re­duced rates ($4.99 for +150MB, $7.99 for +500MB).
