After celebrating its centenary year in 2019, British Airways is building on the 100-year hype with 20 new exciting developments for 2020

1. Nine new destinations – from Perugia in Italy to San Sebastian in Spain, with more to come 2. 20 new aircraft deliveries – including fuel-efficient B787-10s and A350s

4. Domestic bliss – BA now offsets all domestic flight emissions

10. A connectivity boost – most aircraft will be Wi-Fi ready by the end of the year

11. Manage My Booking revamp – BA.com re-design for a more intuitive customer experience
