DMS wins Snapchat for Egypt, Kuwait
DMS, the digital arm of Choueiri Group, has announced that it will act as a sales representative for Snapchat in Kuwait and Egypt.
Launched in 2011, Snapchat now has more than 191 million daily active users. It has established itself as an essential medium for digital marketers all over the world, said DMS. DMS will offer four formats to advertisers in Kuwait and Egypt: Snap Ads, Lenses, Filters and Story Ads
Snapchat offers robust measurement and targeting, said DMS. It also offers multiple pre-defined audiences for advertisers, such as Snap Lifestyle Categories, Snap Audience Match, and age, gender, location, device, and carrier targeting.
Michel Malkoun, DMS chief operating officer, said: “This move demonstrates that Egypt and Kuwait are important markets for Snapchat, and that they are investing in local support to help brands get the most out of the platform.”
