“Show the hands that care for you that you care for them too,” is the idea be­hind the Mother’s Day cam­paign from Nivea. It draws at­ten­tion to the in­sight that across the Mid­dle East, peo­ple show their moth­ers love and re­spect by kiss­ing their hands. The video is backed by a sen­ti­men­tal song about moth­ers, and was fol­lowed by so­cial posts and a dig­i­tal ac­ti­va­tion where peo­ple could send mes­sages of love to their mums. The cam­paign’s hash­tag trans­lates as #OnHerDayKis­sHerHand.
