To pro­mote its home in­ter­net of­fer­ings, UAE telco Du poked fun at typ­i­cal hor­ror movie clichés to re­veal what could hap­pen if you choose to leave home on the night of Hal­loween. Hor­ror and thriller movies have taught us through­out the years that Hal­loween is a time when slash­ers and mon­sters lurk out­side. Why put your­self at risk when you can stay safe and on­line? The cam­paign’s two films de­pict two pro­tag­o­nists, a writer and a house­wife, who both leave the com­fort and safety of their homes. The cre­ative agency was TBWA/Raad, the pro­duc­tion house Good Peo­ple and the di­rec­tor Samir Siryani.
