Emi­rates NBD has been cham­pi­oning the ini­tia­tive of vol­un­teer­ing since 2015. Ex­changer, its vol­un­teer pro­gramme, has been creat­ing op­por­tu­ni­ties for em­ploy­ees, friends and fam­ily and part­ners to ex­change their time for so­cial good and make a dif­fer­ence. This year, it wanted to throw open this pro­gramme to the ci­ti­zens of the UAE. The cam­paign launched on Novem­ber 13, World Kind­ness Day, with an an­i­mated film on so­cial me­dia that aims to dis­arm the most cyn­i­cal of minds.
