FP7 helps McCann top Effies list and Coca-Cola is leading brand

The 2019 Effie Index was unveiled last month – and Coca-Cola reigns supreme. FP7 McCann Dubai was the second-highest ranked agency office, helping McCann Worldgroup maintain its top network ranking.

FMCG/CPG, fast food and beverage companies dominated this year’s list, which annually ranks the companies behind the most effective marketing communicat­ions ideas from around the world.

Additional­ly, it highlights the top 20 most effective individual agency offices, representi­ng effective teamwork from 12 countries.

“Despite the pace and rate of change that we are experienci­ng as an industry, effectiven­ess remains at the heart of everyone’s business objectives,” said Effie Worldwide CEO, Traci Alford.

Unilever, Coca- Cola, WPP, McCann Worldgroup, Sancho BBDO and Jung von Matt topped the lists in their respective categories.
