Our Middle East & Africa business unit began operations in 1994. Today we have our headquarters situated in Dubai, supplying high quality dairy nutrition to millions of consumers and tens of thousands of retail outlets and distributors. We have a trusted portfolio of consumer and foodservice brands, including Anchor, Chesdale and Anlene, as well as two manufacturing sites in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Every day we have a team of more than 350 staff working hard to deliver the best dairy nutrition to over 30 countries in the region. .
Where does Anchor Food Professionals operate in the Middle East?
In the Middle East & Africa, we are the preferred choice for butter, cheese and UHT creams by professional chefs from more than 2,000 food and beverage establishments, including restaurants, quick-service restaurants and bakeries. We are focused on working alongside our customers in their businesses, to help improve their products and grow their business – from front of house presentation, pricing and promotion, to introducing solutions that improve productivity, increase yield, reduce wastage, enhance taste and deliver exciting menu options.
