Chef Mid­dle East’s Taste of Au­tumn event re­turned with re­gional F&B pro­fes­sion­als meet­ing sup­pli­ers from around the world

Chef Mid­dle East wit­nessed an im­pres­sive turn-out across their four re­gional branches with over 1,300 to­tal in­dus­try play­ers from all type and size of food­ser­vice op­er­a­tions com­ing through their doors dur­ing the events from the 9th to 17th Oc­to­ber 2018. All visi­tors en­joyed dis­cov­er­ing the finest in­gre­di­ents across a va­ri­ety of live in­ter­ac­tive food sta­tions with real kitchen so­lu­tions, from break­fast menu in­spi­ra­tion, bev­er­age pair­ing ideas, ice-cream craft lab to seafood and beef grilling along with au­then­tic Ital­ian live pizza, risotto and bread mak­ing; there was a great mix of dif­fer­ent cuisines and spe­cial­ity items; some­thing for ev­ery­one.

One of the main am­bi­tions of the event was to pro­vide the re­gional in­dus­try with a plat­form to cel­e­brate ma­jor food brands through a culi­nary jour­ney, high­light­ing some of the best lo­cal tal­ents and es­tab­lish­ing Chef Mid­dle East as the a one-stop so­lu­tion for all food and bev­er­age re­quire­ments in the Mid­dle East. Dur­ing the event, the dis­trib­u­tor fea­tured over 30 of their most well-known brands such as Val­rhona, Les Verg­ers Bo­iron, Cer­ti­fied An­gus Beef, Dolo­mia Wa­ter, Jan Van As, Prési­dent, Sosa, Borde, Bri­dor, Bel­berry and many more. Chef Mid­dle East could also count on the sup­port of some of the most tal­ented pas­try chefs in town pre­sent­ing unique dessert cre­ations in­clud­ing the renowned Paul Hay­ward, re­sort ex­ec­u­tive pas­try chef at Mad­i­nat Jumeirah, Lu­dovic Au­daux, com­plex ex­ec­u­tive pas­try chef at Grosvenor House and Le Royal Meri­dien and Has­san Salam, ex­ec­u­tive pas­try chef and cho­co­latier at Dawaaq. Hay­ward com­mented: “It was an amaz­ing day amongst lead­ing pas­try chefs at Taste of Au­tumn event or­ga­nized by Chef Mid­dle East, show­cas­ing our skills with amaz­ing prod­ucts with top F&B pro­fes­sion­als from the UAE and be­yond”.

The Taste of Au­tumn events 2018 were a mem­o­rable ex­pe­ri­ence for all the peo­ple who came by, sup­ported them and helped mak­ing the events a se­ries of grand suc­cesses.
