Chef Middle East’s Taste of Autumn event returned with regional F&B professionals meeting suppliers from around the world
Chef Middle East witnessed an impressive turn-out across their four regional branches with over 1,300 total industry players from all type and size of foodservice operations coming through their doors during the events from the 9th to 17th October 2018. All visitors enjoyed discovering the finest ingredients across a variety of live interactive food stations with real kitchen solutions, from breakfast menu inspiration, beverage pairing ideas, ice-cream craft lab to seafood and beef grilling along with authentic Italian live pizza, risotto and bread making; there was a great mix of different cuisines and speciality items; something for everyone.
One of the main ambitions of the event was to provide the regional industry with a platform to celebrate major food brands through a culinary journey, highlighting some of the best local talents and establishing Chef Middle East as the a one-stop solution for all food and beverage requirements in the Middle East. During the event, the distributor featured over 30 of their most well-known brands such as Valrhona, Les Vergers Boiron, Certified Angus Beef, Dolomia Water, Jan Van As, Président, Sosa, Borde, Bridor, Belberry and many more. Chef Middle East could also count on the support of some of the most talented pastry chefs in town presenting unique dessert creations including the renowned Paul Hayward, resort executive pastry chef at Madinat Jumeirah, Ludovic Audaux, complex executive pastry chef at Grosvenor House and Le Royal Meridien and Hassan Salam, executive pastry chef and chocolatier at Dawaaq. Hayward commented: “It was an amazing day amongst leading pastry chefs at Taste of Autumn event organized by Chef Middle East, showcasing our skills with amazing products with top F&B professionals from the UAE and beyond”.
The Taste of Autumn events 2018 were a memorable experience for all the people who came by, supported them and helped making the events a series of grand successes.
