JRG Dubai to open two new con­cepts at Dubai Hills Golf Club

JRG Dubai is launch­ing t wo brand-new din­ing con­cepts at Dubai Hills Golf Club. The new out­lets rep­re­sent the f i rst for­mal col­lab­o­ra­tion be­tween JRG Dubai and mas­ter de­vel­op­ers Emaar Proper ties and Mer­aas.

Fea­tur­ing v iews of the 18hole cham­pi­onship course in Dubai Hills Es­tate, the Dubai Hills Golf Club out­lets be­ing over­seen by JRG Dubai in­clude The Duck Hook, a ‘spor ting gas­tropub’, and Hill­house Brasserie, a boulan­gerie and brasserie.

The mag­ni­tude of the project has seen JRG Dubai em­ploy the same hos­pi­talit y team which brought i nter­na­tional brands The Iv y and R iv ing ton Grill to Dubai.

Emma Banks, man­ag­ing di­rec­tor of JRG Dubai, said in a state­ment: “These ex­cit­ing new con­cepts will be­come the culi­nar y hear t and lifest yle soul of this stun­ning new res­i­den­tial and leisure su­per com­mu­nity.

“While both new con­cepts will of fer rela xed yet ref ined din­ing op­tions, g uests can be as­sured of the same sig­na­ture brand el­e­ments com­mon across J RG Dubai out­lets — they will be topqualit y, g uest-ori­en­tated and un­der­pinned by the group’s com­mit­ment to sus­tain­abilit y and env iron­men­tal re­spon­sibi l it y.”

The Duck Hook prom­ises to be an up­grade on the t yp­i­cal ‘19th Hole’ ex­pe­ri­ence, with clas­sic gas­tropub favourites re-imag­ined by JRG Dubai’s culi­nar y team.

Hill­house Brasserie is a ca­sual all-day eater y and com­mu­nity hang­out. As per JRG Dubai’s group-wide fo­cus on sus­tain­abilit y, both new restau­rants will source lo­cal ing re­di­ents where pos­si­ble, avoid sin­gle-use plas­tics and of fer f i ltered lo­cal wa­ter rather than im­ported wa­ter.

Both venues are ex­pected to be open by the end of the cur­rent year.
