Al Seef, Dubai’s waterfront destination, has seen the arrival of Doors Restaurant, a freest yle grill concept.

Brought to Dubai by celebrated chef Kemal Ceylan, Doors Restaurant has a seating capacity of up to 400 people, with 12,000 sq ft of space separated into six distinct zones, each offering an experience of its own including shisha and al fresco.

The restaurant serves a global fusion menu featuring dishes from various international cuisines with a contemporary twist yet swearing by the authentic f lavour of the ingredients.

Chef Ceylan said he be- lieves in offering a personalised dining experience, taking guests back to the ba- sics of simple cooking, showcasing the soulful f lavours of ingredients in its purest form. He plans to focus on impeccable visual presentation, exotic aromas, nostalgic f lavours, and distinct textures to interest and excite his customers.

Ceylan hails from Turkey and opened his f irst restaurant in Shenzhen, followed by Guangzhou, China. On his new opening he said: “We are truly thrilled to launch our f irst restaurant in the GCC. Dubai, being the global culinary hub is a competitive yet exciting market. People understand and appreciate the nuances of great food, which makes it really imperative for us to elevate our offerings and experience.”
